As CEO, Anabel Hengelmann has worked with executives and supervisory boards, in shareholder-owned and family-owned corporations and SMEs, with local and international customer and production orientation.

She learnt to understand and to use a wide variety of corporate structures, cultures and Do's & Dont's. She has not only travelled internationally but has also lived in different countries. She knows how to move successfully in a technical world oriented towards corporate success.

For her, leadership development thus encompasses much more than just management development. In her work as a coach, she sees herself as a sparring partner for C-Levels who want to develop further and for employees who aspire to C-Suite roles. Her main topics are career development, work-life balance and VUCA.
