The German consulting office quattorn (with the Swiss partner Rubi Bahntechnik GmbH) was commissioned to investigate the feasibility of the LV 21 - 24 in more detail. Hengelmann Consulting supported the project and, with its many years of experience, provided important input on various topics, especially in the area of third market resources. This feasibility study provides SBB with a detailed view of the required and available resources.
